Chris Rosales is a businessman who recently retired after more than 35 years with SoCalGas, where he earned a reputation for integrity, accountability, and putting people first.

A longtime Jurupa Valley resident with deep family roots in the community, Chris currently serves as a Planning Commissioner. He has been a consistent advocate for responsible, purposeful growth that protects neighborhoods, preserves the Jurupa Valley’s unique equestrian character, and balances development with the needs of residents and local businesses.

Chris and his wife, “Miss Joanne”, helped establish parent-student programs at Granite Hill Elementary and have volunteered at local community events for many years. Their commitment to serving others reflects a lifelong dedication to strengthening the community and supporting local families.

Chris believes in fiscal responsibility, transparent government, public safety, and listening to residents before making decisions that affect their neighborhoods. His decades of business experience, public service, and community involvement have prepared him to provide thoughtful, practical leadership.
